2019

From a Vision

Dr. Dennis L. Sta. Ana, together with Engr. William Scheirmanand Dr. Randy Talamayan, embarked on a mission to bring Makati Life MedicalCenter to life. Their vision was to transform the OSMAK 2 building into afacility dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare for all.This vision was shared and supported by Mr. Johnny Uy, who believed in theircommitment to better care for the community.

2020

Original Proponent Status

Together, they established LifeNurture Inc. (LNI) and submitted an unsolicited proposal to the City Governmentof Makati for a Public- Private Partnership (PPP) and was granted the OriginalProponent Status signifying the start of the Makati Life.

2021

Joint Venture Agreement

The partnership between LNI andthe City Government of Makati was officially marked by the signing of a JointVenture Agreement in 2021.

2022

Omnibus Loan Signing & PPP ofthe Year

The project, secured support from the Makati City Government and major banks, making Makati Life the large stand only PPP hospital in the country. bringing the total investment to a staggering Php9.7 Billion. Even before the opening of its doors, Makati Life was awarded of the “Public-Private Healthcare Partnership Award” at the Healthcare Asia Awards in 2022.
This visions laid the groundwork for a groundbreaking model that would redefine healthcare initiatives nationwide.

2023

Opening of 24/7 OPD & Launchof Human Experience Program

Makati Life's resilience was evident when, amidst ongoing construction, the Outpatient Department (OPD)opened in May 2023, offering 24/7 primary care services. Gradually, the range of services expanded, transforming the OPD into a multi-specialty, multi-channel clinic. In October, Makati Life launched its “Human Experience Program,” going beyond the conventional patient-centered approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of all stakeholders in the patient journey to deliver a truly holistic healthcare experience.

2024

OPD Expanded Services

To date, the OPD has since provided 387,930 services with an average census of 700-800 patients per day. This year, MLMC expanded its services with the addition of MRI, CT Scan, and mammogram, enhancing diagnostic precision and early detection. The launch of the Ambulatory Surgical Center further streamlined outpatient procedures, elevating efficiency and patient care.
