To ACCESS PhilHealth Konsulta, patients must secure an Authorization Transaction Code (ATC) online via the PhilHealth Member Portal or in person at PhilHealth Konsulta Provider/ PhilHealth Corporate Action Center (CAC), PhilHealth Customer Assistance Relations and Empowerment Staff (PCARES) and PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO). Patients must then present their ATC and PhilHealth ID at the Konsulta Facility before and after receiving services at the Triage and Billing sections.
