- PhilHealth Offices nationwide
- Directly at the MLMC YAKAP Clinic: Located on the 3rd Floor, Makati Life Medical Center, Malugay St. and Metropolitan Ave., Makati City.
STEP 2: Select Makati Life Medical Center as your YAKAP provider.
STEP 3: Visit Makati Life for your First Patient Encounter (FPE) and consultation.
