ACCESS serves as an umbrella, encompassing a range of patient support initiatives  that offer accessible, affordable and high-quality healthcare. The patient support initiatives cover City Government of Makati's Health Assistance and PhilHealth Konsulta programs. Specifically designed to support patients who face financial challenges in managing their health needs, this allows patients to have access to essential diagnostics to ongoing health maintenance.

Programs

• ACCESS City Government of Makati Patient Support Program through the Makati Health Plus Program. To ACCESS City Government of Makati's patient support program, patients must present their Yellow Card before and after receiving services at the Triage and Billing section.

• ACCESS PhilHealth Konsulta. Filipino citizens, with an accredited PhilHealth Konsulta Provider, are entitled to avail themselves of consultations, health risk screenings and assessments, selected laboratory and diagnostic tests, and selected drugs and medicines.

Payments and Billing

• To ACCESS City Government of Makati's patient support program, patients must present their Yellow Card before and after receiving services at the Triage and Billing section.

• To ACCESS PhilHealth Konsulta, patients must secure an Authorization Transaction Code (ATC) online via the PhilHealth Member Portal or in person at PhilHealth Konsulta Provider/ PhilHealth Corporate Action Center (CAC), PhilHealth Customer Assistance Relations and Empowerment Staff (PCARES), and PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO). Patients must then present their ATC and PhilHealth ID at the Konsulta Facility before and after receiving services at the Triage and Billing sections.
