Dr. Valencia is a passionate and well-rounded general surgeon with advanced training in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, completed at IRCAD Taiwan. He finished his General Surgery residency at Cardinal Santos Medical Center and is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, well-informed care. Every consultation with Dr. Valencia is an opportunity to educate—empowering patients to understand their condition before any procedure is done.Beyond the operating room, he serves as the Medical Director of Tokyo Healthlink Inc., Executive Secretary of the Asian Institute of Surgery at Asian Hospital and Medical Center, and holds leadership roles at Ospital ng Muntinlupa. He is also an Associate Professor at PLMUN, dedicated to mentoring the next generation of doctors.
