JOB SUMMARY

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term collaboration. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales, account management, or healthcare client services.

Principal accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and drive account expansion
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and site visits with key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Product teams) to deliver client needs effectively
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to advise business strategy
  • Prepare and present customized reports, proposals, and performance metrics to clients

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client service—preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to client satisfaction and business growth
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, or site visits as needed
