JOB SUMMARY
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Principal accountabilities & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectorsAct as the main liaison between the company and clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfactionIdentify new business opportunities with existing clients and drive account expansionConduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and site visits with key accountsCollaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Product teams) to deliver client needs effectivelyMonitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to advise business strategyPrepare and present customized reports, proposals, and performance metrics to clientsqualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client service—preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteA results-driven mindset with attention to client satisfaction and business growthWillingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, or site visits as needed
